The invitation
You found your anchor. Now take the helm.
You've done the inner work. You know where your authority lives in your body, and you know the exact moment it starts to give way.
Now comes the question every woman with a vision eventually meets: how do I build something that can carry this?
HELM is where embodied leadership meets the practical, often unglamorous work of building: pricing, visibility, money, capacity, and the decisions nobody else can make for you.
Who it's for
For the woman whose vision is bigger than her current structure.
You lead a grassroots business
Facilitator, healer, creative or space holder, trading for years or still shaping the first offer.
You've done the energetics
ANCHORED, or years of your own inner work. You're ready to put it to work in the real world.
You want structure, not another course
A steady rhythm of practice and accountability that keeps you moving when it would be easier to stay small.
You want women beside you
A small circle of eight, witnessing each other's wins and holding each other to the next step.
The heartbeat
Every Wednesday at 1:00 pm. One rhythm, held for six months.
Fortnightly
Wisdom Transmission
A 30-minute energetic tune-up for the fortnight ahead with Katy. The second transmission each month is followed by live Q&A on your real business questions.
Monthly · 90 min
Guest Masterclass
Six masterclasses on business expansion, evolution and leadership from five women who know the terrain.
Weekly
GROUNDWORK
One task every Monday, small enough to do and real enough to matter, with a version for seed and growth-stage businesses.
Personal
One-on-ones
Private sessions with Katy to bring your own business into the room, plus discounted one-on-ones with every mentor.
Everything lives inside Mycelium, with six months of membership included: recordings, GROUNDWORK threads, Helm pairs and a circle that stays alive between calls.
This isn't a course you consume. It's a heartbeat of accountability and sisterhood, for women ready to steer what they've built.
Inner precision first. Then outward direction.

FAQs
When does HELM start and finish?
HELM begins with an opening ceremony on Wednesday 6 January 2027 and closes with a closing ceremony on Wednesday 23 June 2027. There are 18 live calls in total: 12 Wisdom Transmissions and 6 Guest Masterclasses.
What time are the calls in my state?
Calls are at 1:00 pm Sydney time. Until daylight saving ends on 4 April, that's 12:00 pm in Brisbane, 12:30 pm in Adelaide, 11:30 am in Darwin and 10:00 am in Perth. The full table is in Dates and times above.
What if I can't make Wednesdays at 1:00 pm?
Transmissions and masterclasses are recorded and shared in the group, GROUNDWORK and the community are there whenever suits you, and one-on-ones are booked at times that work for you. The live Q&A isn't recorded, so the room stays safe to speak freely.
Do I need to have done ANCHORED?
No. HELM is open to any woman building a grassroots business, by application. ANCHORED is a beautiful foundation, but not a requirement.
How does the early bird work?
Enrol by 22 December 2026 and you'll save $500 on any tier, including the payment-plan options.
Is my business too early, or too established?
Neither. Every GROUNDWORK task comes in a seed version for women shaping their first offer and a grow version for established businesses ready to expand.
How do the mentor one-on-ones work?
In the Mentorship tier you'll have a one-on-one with a guest mentor of your choice, and in the Private tier you'll have one with each of the five guest mentors, all booked within the six months. In every tier you'll receive a discounted rate on one-on-ones with any of the mentors.
What is Mycelium?
Mycelium is our online women's community. HELM lives inside it, and six months of membership is included, so you'll have the recordings, GROUNDWORK threads and your circle all in one place.
What happens if HELM doesn't fill?
HELM runs with a minimum of 4 women, so the circle has the depth it needs. If fewer than 4 have enrolled when the early bird closes on 22 December 2026, you'll be offered a full refund or a place in a later round.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, every tier has a six-month payment plan. As HELM is a six-month commitment, payments continue if you stop attending.
How do I apply?
Fill in the short application form. [YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS AND RESPONSE TIME]
What is your cancellation policy?
